The University will be closed for the Winter holidays from noon on December 21, 2018 to January 1, 2019. Normal business hours will resume on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Registration for Online courses closes January 11, 2019. Online course instruction will begin Monday, January 7, 2019.

Registration Dates

Priority Registration is available to La Verne Online students only. When Term Registration opens, online courses will be available to all other La Verne campuses (including La Verne Online).

Registration Steps

Follow the steps below to ensure your registration process runs smoothly.


  1. Order your Degree/Program Evaluation (for undergraduates only). This is your official evaluation and will display what courses you have taken and what courses you must complete in order to achieve your degree.
  2. Email your La Verne Online advisor for a  Progress Worksheet.  If you want to see your progress mapped on a spreadsheet.  Please keep in mind this is an unofficial evaluation.
  3. Check the Catalog of your admission term to see your degree requirements.
  4. Contact your academic advisor if you need more guidance.


  1. Review the Projected Long Term Schedule.
  2. Review the current term schedule.
  3. Compare the schedule with your Degree/Program Evaluation information or your Progress Worksheet.
  4. Continuing students, register by first accessing the La Verne Portal.
  5. New students, register via MyLaVerne.


  1. Make financial arrangements.
  2. Pay at Student Accounts.
