Business Administration, MBA Concentrations

Concentrations for the M.B.A. and M.B.A., Experienced Professionals: In addition to the concentrations listed below, students may pursue any of the concentrations listed under the M.S., Management and Leadership.

La Verne’s Master of Business Administration for Experienced Professionals is designed to develop effective future business leaders. The program is designed primarily for adult professionals with a minimum of three years of full time professional experience with or without undergraduate business degrees. The curriculum integrates management theory with real-world applications. Core courses develop an understanding of the role of professional managers and their responsibilities within an organization and our society. The MBA curriculum has been designed to offer the type of graduate business education that employees want. The program is designed around the following competencies: Change Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills, Cross Functional Management Perspective, Teamwork, Technology, Globalization, Communications, Strategic Perspective, Ethics and Corporate Responsibility, Diversity, and Leadership. To provide maximum convenience and flexibility for the busy adult professional, the MBA degree is available at convenient locations throughout the Southern and Central California. In addition to evening and weekend courses, you also have the option of taking your courses online.
