Requests by Mail

All requests for transcripts must be signed by the owner of the record. Students must clear holds on their records before the Office of the Registrar will process a request. Current and recently enrolled students may check for holds on MyLaVerne.

Information to include with transcript order: Name(s) used while attending La Verne, La Verne attendance dates, all La Verne degrees earned, number of copies, signature of record owner, student ID number, birth date, daytime telephone number, and destination of transcripts.

To request your student ID number, please complete the Request for Student ID Number Form.

To order a transcript, complete the Transcript Request Form. Please do not fax.

Mail the completed Transcript Order Form to:

Transcripts will be processed as is at the time the order is received.

Official Transcripts $10.00 per copy
Processing time: Approximately 10 business days (sent Standard mailing) Hold for Pick Up Option also available

Methods of payment

Personal checks (payable to the “University of La Verne”), U.S. money orders, all major credit cards (except American Express), and cash only in-person. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Actual delivery times are the responsibility of each delivery provider and may require an additional 2-5 days. Prices are subject to change without notice.
