Effective July 1, 2016 our online transcript ordering system has changed. Students will still log into MyLaVerne to order their transcript. Student ID and pin is required to log onto the student system. From there, however, they will be directed to the National Student Clearinghouse website to place their order.
To request your student ID number, please complete the Request for Student ID Number form.
If you attended prior to 1991, you may not have a student ID. Please call our office at (909) 448-4001 if you have any questions.
If you have forgotten your password, please enter your La Verne ID number and click on ‘Forgot PIN’.
