The system will ask you to answer a security question that you have created.\u00a0 Once you have answered the question correctly, you will be prompted to create a new PIN.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>My PIN has been disabled, what should I do?<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>If your PIN has been disabled, please contact the Office of the Registrar at (909) 448-4001 in order to reset your PIN.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>What if I don\u2019t remember my student ID number?<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>You may request your student ID number be sent to you by submitting to the Registrar\u2019s Office the Request for Student ID Number form.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>How do I change or update my address?<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Your address and personal information can be updated through MyLaVerne. Please visit MyLaVerne and click on \u201cUpdate Personal Information\u201d link for further information.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>How many units do I need to be considered a sophomore, junior, or senior?<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>The following are units required for each class standing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>0-27 units:<\/strong> Freshman Standing<\/li>\n<li><strong>28-59 units:<\/strong> Sophomore Standing<\/li>\n<li><strong>60-91 units:<\/strong> Junior Standing<\/li>\n<li><strong>92 units and above:<\/strong> Senior Standing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>I have questions regarding requirements for my degree.
