The University of La Verne ensures that all employees, including faculty, staff, and external contracted professional, who perform duties pursuant to the University\u2019s Title IX Formal Grievance and Informal Resolution processes receive training that complies with the requirements of the Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the 34 CFR Part 106.45(b)(10).<\/p>\n

Materials used to train employees and external contracted professionals, including materials used for trainings conducted prior to August 14, 2020, may be accessed below.<\/p>\n
