Jessica Morales is the Director of the Randall Lewis Center for Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Social Impact (RLCEISI) and is responsible for leading and managing the RLCEISI to meet its mission of providing essential entrepreneurial and innovative training and education to students, alumni, and the community, as well as, creating social impact in Southern California, aligned with the university’s status as a Hispanic Serving Institution. Jessica has spent many years serving as a mentor and career coach to high school and first-year college students in various organizations including, the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, TELACU Foundation, and the Tiger Woods Foundation. Jessica is the first in her family to earn a higher education degree and is a double alumna of the University of La Verne where she earned both an MBA and a BS in Business Administration, as well as, currently completing her Master’s in Finance.
