Jim Brooks

After attending Lutheran High School in La Verne, Jim attended the University of La Verne and was hired shortly after to work in the Mail Center. He was promoted to Assistant Supervisor, Mail Center and then to Manager of the Mail Center. Jim is thrilled to be a part of the Campus Center as Associate Director, enjoying the many opportunities and challenges presented on a daily basis. He has a passion for the outdoors including: hiking, biking, camping, rock climbing, snowboarding. His compassion for students had led him to pursue a career working more closely with them, including a founding advisor for the University of La Verne Cycling Club. Jim welcomes open conversation and has a willingness to help with all types of personalities and events.
