Applying from outside the U.S.
- Submit your application for admission.
- Receive your admission decision letter.
- Pay your confirmation deposit through your Admissions Portal.
- Check your email for I-20 application instructions, including how to upload required documents (financial statement, passport, sponsor affidavit, etc.).
- Review the acceptable proof of funding guidelines.
- International Services and Study Abroad will notify you by email once your I-20 is ready.
Applying within the U.S.

Additional Information
- If you are transferring your active SEVIS record from another U.S. SEVIS approved institution, review the Transfer Instructions for details on how to request your I-20.
- Important: Register for classes only after you have submitted your I-20 documents and received confirmation that your I-20 will be issued.
