Kevin S. Marshall, Ph.D., M.P.A., J.D. is a Professor of Law at the University of La Verne College of Law and Public Service in Ontario, California. Dr. Marshall teaches Contracts, Sales, Economics, Finance and Statistics at both the graduate and undergraduate level at the University of La Verne Colleges of Law, Business and Public Management. Dr. Marshall received his JD from Emory University in 1982, and his MPA and PHD in political economy from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1991 and 1993 respectively. Prior to joining the University of La Verne’s faculty, Dr. Marshall practiced commercial law for approximately twenty years in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Marshall has also served as an economic expert witness in both state and federal courts. Dr. Marshall has published and presented numerous books and articles involving law and economics, and has been cited by both state and federal appellate courts, and by numerous other published works and secondary sources.  Dr. Marshall is currently serving as the Interim Dean for the University of La Verne College of Law and Public Service.
