Yvette C. Latunde is the immediate past Director for the Center for Educational Equity and Intercultural Research (CEEIR) and Professor of Organizational Leadership at the University of La Verne. She is the founder of Bridges Leadership and Education Services, LLC. An educator for over two decades, she has traveled widely to share the good news about the strengths, capacities, and capabilities of students, their families, and their communities. She is an international speaker, author, and community servant who enjoys yoga, writing, walking, and spending time in nature.
She is the author of Equitable by Design and Research in Parental Involvement. Her areas of expertise include: Family Engagement, Black Family Engagement, Neurodiversity, and Home-Schools-Community Partnerships.
