MLK Day of Service @Huerta Del Valle

Join us as we celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at Huerta del Valle Community Garden in Ontario on Saturday, January 18, 2025.

Be part of a Day of Service at Huerta del Valle, where we’ll spend the morning tending to the garden, learning about its mission to empower the community through sustainable agriculture, and deepening our connection to the land. The day will conclude with a delicious farm-to-table lunch featuring fresh produce from the garden and locally sourced ingredients.

The Randall Lewis Center for Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Social Impact, the La Verne Ocean Movement student club, and the Office of Civic and Community Engagement are sponsoring this event.
