Training for Employees Involved in University of La Verne’s Title IX Formal Grievance and Informal Resolution Processes

The University of La Verne ensures that all employees, including faculty, staff, and external contracted professional, who perform duties pursuant to the University’s Title IX Formal Grievance and Informal Resolution processes receive training that complies with the requirements of the Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the 34 CFR Part 106.45(b)(10).
