Requesting Accommodations

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the University of La Verne is committed to providing an inclusive, accessible, and equitable educational environment for students with disabilities. The university offers reasonable accommodations to ensure students with disabilities have equal access to its academic programs, services, and activities.

Requesting Academic Accommodations

Students with disabilities may be eligible for academic accommodations that provide equitable access to classroom instruction, course materials, and assessments. Accommodations are determined on an individual basis through an interactive process with Accessibility Services.

Requesting Housing Accommodations

Students with disabilities who live in or plan to live in University housing may request adjustments to their living environment. Requests are reviewed individually to ensure access in the residential setting.

Please note, if you have requesting, both, academic and housing accommodations, you will need to complete both forms.
