The ULV SHS is committed to protecting the health and well-being of the campus community to allow students to focus on educational and personal goals. To assist in keeping our campus healthy, the SHC has established immunization guidelines to protect the campus community from vaccine related diseases and outbreaks. Being up to date with immunizations assures the ULV campus community is protected.
The SHC has partnered with MedProctor to assist with collecting immunization records. MedProctor is a secure online data collection application that will assist the ULV SHC in collecting all medical related documents: immunization records, immunization titers, physical exam forms, health/medical certificates, declination statements, and any other medical related documents.
