Courses eligible for transfer include any courses designated as baccalaureate level by the credit granting institution. Any coursework completed with grades below a C- will not be considered for transfer credit to the University of La Verne.

In order for coursework to transfer to the University of La Verne:
- Courses must be completed at an institution accredited by one of the organizations listed above, whose accreditation was valid at the time coursework was completed.
- All courses approved for transfer must be designated as baccalaureate-level by the sending institution and have a grade of C- of higher.
- Students may transfer a total maximum of 88 semester hours.
- Courses completed at nationally accredited institutions may transfer up to the maximum number of units listed above (24 or 12 semester hours) and are inclusive of the 88 semester hour maximum.
