DOJ Grant to Strengthen Campus Services for Victims of Violence, Stalking

The University of La Verne is set to receive a $499,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Justice to create a comprehensive program to address domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking on campus that is grounded in culturally specific strategies.

University of La Verne Names 19th President

The University of La Verne Board of Trustees announced the selection of higher education leader and scholar Pardis Mahdavi, PhD, as the university’s 19th president today. She will assume the presidency on August 15.
