Banner Login Issues

If you experience problems logging into Banner here are some things to try:

Clear your browser cache; then close your browser and start a new session.
Try an incognito or private browser session.

If it STILL doesn’t work – need to check/delete cookies.

To delete cookies:
From the Chrome menu in the top right corner of the browser, select Settings.

Under Privacy and security, select Cookies and other site data …. To manage cookie settings, check or uncheck the options under “Cookies”.
You should also change Chrome settings to remove cookies for Banner Admin when you close Chrome by clicking the “Always clear cookies when windows are closed” button
Under “Sites that can always use cookies”, enter banadmprod.laverne.edu, and click “Add”
