Policy for Participation in Commencement Ceremony for Doctoral Students
Prior to April 1, of the year of commencement:
- Completion of, or enrollment in all, program courses and requirements including continuous enrollment.
- Submission of Form 3 requesting approval for the oral defense of the dissertation and required documents.
Prior to May 1, of the year of commencement:
Students must have successfully defended their dissertation.
The graduation application must be submitted to Graduate Academic Services Office. The graduation application can be found by clicking here or on the Registrar’s web site.
