Arsen Danielian ’84 Presented Prestigious Medal for Dedicated Service

Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America, bestowed College of Law alumnus Arsen Danielian with the Saint Nerses Shnorhali Medal during a service at the Saint Leon Armenian Cathedral in Burbank on October 12.

During the service, Danielian was honored with the Pontifical Encyclical of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians. Father Khajag Shahbazyan, who read the Pontifical Encyclical, commended Danielian for his unwavering Christian faith and his commitment to the mission of the Armenian Church.

Danielian, a partner in the Glendale law firm of Baker, Olson, LeCroy & Danielian, earned a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of La Verne in 1982 and his Juris Doctor from La Verne Law in ’84. His wife, Hasmik, earned her Master of Education from La Verne in ’81.

The Danielians are generous members of the University’s 1891 Society and La Verne Law’s $7.5 Million Club.
