Spotlight Weekend 2015 Welcomes Prospective Leos

Nearly 500 prospective students made their way to the University of La Verne on April 10 – 11 for Spotlight Weekend – an event that proved to be not only a sneak-peak weekend for admitted students but also a glimpse of what the La Verne Experience is all about.

Current Leopards literally laid out the red carpet for prospective Leos and their families, who were greeted by Leo and Leah the Leopards, President Devorah Lieberman and current students and alumni.

Hosted by the Office of Admission, Spotlight Weekend connects prospective Leos with advisors who help determine the course of their next four years in college, provides information sessions held in small groups, hosts tours of the campus, as well as offers countless opportunities to meet and greet current students and alumni.
