La Verne Law Students Receive more than $100,000 in Scholarships
Thanks to all the students and benefactors who participated in our Scholarship Reception in October. We gave more than $100,000 in funded scholarships for academic achievement, leadership, and commitment to the vision and mission of the College of Law.
This year’s awards included the Michael & Jeanette Bidart Endowed Scholarship, Society for Justice Endowed Scholarship, the Joseph & Doleen Borba Endowed Scholarship, the Anna Rahm Endowed Scholarship, the Paul T. “Petey” O’Brien Endowed Scholarship, the Sean McDonald Endowed Scholarship, the Thomas & Miriam Kendall Scholarship, the Paul Egly Endowed Scholarship, and the Robert N. Myers II Book Scholarship.
Everyone who participated in the University of La Verne Golf Tournament in August and directed the related contributions to the College of Law also supported our scholarship recipients. We used those donations to fund Dean’s Awards for students with outstanding grades in the previous semester.
