College of Law Holds Inaugural Experiential Learning Expo
Nineteen employers representing government agencies, public interest organizations, private law firms, and corporations participated in the University of La Verne College of Law’s inaugural Experiential Learning Expo in October.
The event, co-sponsored by the Office of Experiential Learning and the Office of Career Services & Professional Development, helped students explore career opportunities.
The expo is the newest experiential learning component offered by the College of Law. Students also have access to clinics, practicums, and externships. Throughout their law school careers, students develop practical skills, explore career paths, and observe how the justice system functions through hands-on experience.
