35 Graduate from College of Law

More than 30 students received Juris Doctor degrees during the University of La Verne College of Law’s 2017 Commencement on May 13.

The school had 35 graduates, with 33 participating in the ceremony at the Sports Science & Athletics Pavilion on the central campus.

Attorney Darrell Miller, chairman of the entertainment department at Fox Rothschild LLP and managing partner of the Los Angeles office, served as commencement speaker. Miller’s client list includes Angela Bassett, Mariah Carey, and Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, among others.

Tuition Deposit Deadline Extended

The University of La Verne is extending the tuition deposit deadline to May 15, 2024. This gives families additional time to review admissions and financial aid offers due to the delays around processing this year’s Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA.
