SHRM Recognizes University with Top 20 Enrollment Standing at Conference

The University of La Verne’s human resource certificate programs were recognized as Top 20 for enrollments during the 26th Annual Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Holmes Corporation Education Partners virtual conference.

SHRM is a top human resources society that provides certification programs for professionals looking to create efficient workspaces together.

The University of La Verne Extended Learning program offers human resource management certificate programs that feature streamlined coursework for working professionals at all levels of experience. Instruction covers topics that range from employment law and regulations to employee engagement, and the curriculum assists students in developing strategic leadership skills and technical knowledge for the evolving workforce.

Each program provides the option to attend classes in person or virtually. Participants who complete the programs receive a professional certificate of completion from the University of La Verne as well as one directly from SHRM.

The SHRM committee honored the University of La Verne for its high number of enrollments at the 26th Annual SHRM and Holmes Corporation Education Partners’ Conference on May 6.

Jaimie Rush, senior director of La Verne Extended Learning, attended the conference and spoke on behalf of the program.
