Health and Wellbeing Resources

- Mental Wellbeing resources, including apps, Ted Talks, articles, and community resources.
- Spiritual Resources, including on-line and social media groups, articles, virtual programs (i.e. Yoga), and webpages
- Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) provides unlimited tele-counseling appointments to all students. Students can access CAPS services by calling 909-448-4650 or emailing CAPS@laverne.edu.
- Student Outreach and Support – If you are worried about a student, we encourage you to submit an SOS Report. Reports go to CARE team who follow up with individuals as appropriate. Visit the SOS (Student Outreach and Support) webpage for more information.
