Case Management Support

Higher Education Case Managers coordinate interventions and support efforts across campus and community resources to assist students who are facing crises, experiencing life stressors, and encountering barriers that impede success.

Higher Education Case Managers may:

  • Reach out to students and connect them to appropriate resources on- and off-campus
  • Maintain contact and meet with students to address needs
  • Assist student who have recently been discharged from a hospital due to a behavioral health concern
  • Provide training to the Leo community on the management, response and interventions for assisting students in distress
