Miscellaneous Deposits
When submitting Miscellaneous Deposits to Student Accounts please be sure to:
- Include the correct FOAP number on the deposit slip
- Write the entire FOAP Number on all checks.
- Write the depositor’s name and department legibly to ensure prompt receipt delivery. Please include your phone number.
- Include two completed copies of the Deposit Form if you want a signed receipt.
- Due to COVID 19 closures, forms can be placed in the locked drop box outside of Woody Hall or mailed to:
