Students who wish to take course with the University of La Verne as a non-matriculated student
Meet or speak with Office of Academic Advising to review your enrollment options, availability of courses, payment and financial obligations, and application/registration processes.
Note: as a non-matriculated student, you are NOT eligible for any type of financial aid but may be eligible for payment plans.
Ready to apply?
Complete the Non-Degree application below:
- Non-Degree Application – Allow 2-3 business days for processing.
Once your application is processed you will be notified and will need to follow the next steps.

- Retrieve your Student ID Number
- Contact the Help Desk at 909-448-4130 to gain access to the portal.
- Login to MyLaVerne.
- Click MyLaVerne under Quicklinks
- Click on the Student Services and Financial Aid tab.
- Click on Registration.
- Click on Register for Classes.
- You will receive a notice of an Action Item Pending
- You will need to complete the Financial Agreement. Please click here for instructions on how to complete your Financial Responsibility Agreement.
- Register for Classes through your La Verne Portal.
